To use XIMBOA, you must:

2. Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
3. Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
For Experts:
– Ensure the accuracy and quality of listed courses or expertise.
– Respond promptly to seeker inquiries.
– Adhere to intellectual property laws for all content uploaded.
For Seekers:
– Use the Platform solely for personal learning and development.
– Provide honest feedback for courses and mentors.
– Respect the terms set by experts for course access and interactions.
4. Account Registration and Security
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
– XIMBOA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.
5. Content Ownership and Usage
– User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant XIMBOA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote this content within the Platform.
– Prohibited Content: Users must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Payment and Transactions
– XIMBOA does not handle payments or transactions between Seekers and Experts. Users are responsible for directly coordinating and handling payments, refunds, or any financial terms.
– XIMBOA is not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
– Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
– Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform.
– Post spam or solicitations unrelated to the Platform’s purpose.
8. Privacy
Your use of XIMBOA is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
– XIMBOA is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of courses or mentorship provided by experts.
– The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of XIMBOA.
